Our Works
Outdoor String Lights Installation.Three long string lights were installed from the upper eave of a dormer on the top floor, stretching across the backyard lounge and BBQ area. The lights were anchored to custom posts mounted on a raised concrete edge. Wiring was neatly routed and connected to a smart lighting system with app control.
TV & Soundbar Installation – Medical Office Conference Room Wall-mounted TV with Logitech soundbar and integrated camera, installed between motion sensor and emergency light to maintain full functionality. Clean cable management for a professional, presentation-ready setup.
Bathroom Fan & Light Replacement. Replaced an outdated fan/light combo with a new, modern unit. Scope included removal of the old fixture, adjusting the ceiling opening, and reconnecting both electrical and ductwork for proper ventilation and lighting.
Exterior Entry Light Upgrade. Replaced an outdated apartment entry light with a modern downlight fixture. The new unit enhances visibility and curb appeal while maintaining a clean, updated look near the unit number.
Electrical Help: Replacing old, leaking pool lights with new LED lights and connecting them to the wiring – before and after.
Grout Sealing – Master Bathroom Shower. Applied professional-grade grout sealer in a newly renovated master bathroom to protect shower tile joints from moisture, staining, and future mold growth.
Appliance Installation & Repairs: Installing a PTAC unit in the wall – before and after.
